In late 2014, Jack Dewald began to transition the ownership of Agency Services, Inc. to long-time associate Angie Pettinger. Angie has been with the firm for more than 25 years and has served as the Chief Operating Officer since 1/1/15.
As of January 1, 2021, Angie was named President of the firm, which further reflects her increasing leadership of the business enterprise. As President, Angie will have overall day-to-day operational and strategic responsibilities of the firm.
Jack remains active with the firm as a Senior Advisor where he will continue to drive strategic initiatives and help to grow key relationships with insurance carriers/suppliers and customers. Dewald has been with the firm since 1982 and became President in 1994.
